Develop a system for recommending products tailored to the needs of current and potential customers of Cyfrowy Polsat Group.

ORGANISATION PROFILE

Polkomtel is the leading telecommunications provider in Poland, offering its services under the Plus brand. The company is a leader in 5G technology and uses cutting-edge telecommunications solutions to develop services for its customers.

It is part of Polsat Plus Group, the largest media and telecommunications group in Poland, which has ca. 6 million contract customers and offers its customers over 20 million services.

SOLUTION

Our experts worked with Polkomtel to develop a recommendation system that recommends products tailored to the needs of current and potential customers of Cyfrowy Polsat Group.

The recommendation system will support the work of salespeople in Plus stores and that of customers on the plus.pl website.
